Across two decades and multiple sectors, I’ve helped organisations grow, adapt, and lead with clarity. From managing flagship retail spaces in London to guiding law firms through international mergers and expansion, my expertise lies at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

I’ve never been interested in complexity for its own sake, but I’m energised by it. I thrive in fast-moving, uncertain situations, helping teams make sense of them. That might mean designing a new service, launching an office, delivering infrastructure at scale, or advising someone on their next career step.
