Building an Efficient Link Shortener with Low-Code Tools

I developed a link shortener using a worker and a key-value store. By sending the URL through a POST request, I could generate short links independently. This allowed me to easily create and manage short links directly from low-code tools, offering flexibility and control.

Enhancing Marketing Campaign Tracking with a Comprehensive UTM Application

I developed a comprehensive UTM tracking application using Tape. This application captures and manages the UTM parameters, providing a clear overview of campaign performance. I also integrated features to create short URLs and generate QR codes, which made it easier for users to share and track links across different platforms.

Streamlining Document Management with AI

I developed a document management system that utilizes AI to automatically extract essential information from imported documents and categorize them appropriately. This approach ensures that critical data is easily accessible and organized according to specific criteria.

Integrating Global IT Support Teams for Enhanced Efficiency

I led the effort to integrate the systems of both teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. I organized cross-training sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills to operate effectively in the new environment. Additionally, I worked on aligning employment terms to ensure fairness and consistency across the merged team.

Seamless Migration to Microsoft 365 for Enhanced Collaboration

I led the migration by planning each phase carefully, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to daily operations. I communicated clearly with the team, providing training resources and support throughout the process. I also coordinated with technical support to address any unexpected issues promptly.

Building a Real-Time Dashboard for Enhanced Operational Efficiency

I developed a Node.js application using Express and secured it with Tailscale to handle incoming webhooks. These webhooks, triggered by changes in relevant records, allowed the app to make real-time API calls to fetch the latest data and update the display without unnecessary polling.

Streamlining Secure File Sharing for Clients

I developed a system utilizing R2 storage to securely house files. I created a worker with an API and a KV store to generate URLs and monitor link validity. Additionally, I designed a user-friendly webpage where clients could log in and upload their files with ease.

Streamlined Data Migration Between Platforms

I developed a Node.js application to handle the export of 5,000 records and 7,000 files from the initial platform, Podio. To manage the rate limits imposed by the systems, I implemented a queuing mechanism that respected both second and hourly limitations, ensuring steady data flow without triggering restrictions. I also integrated a database to keep track of successful imports, which allowed for seamless recovery and continuation in case of interruptions.

Empowering Professionals through Tailored Low-Code Training

I delivered personalized 1-on-1 training sessions that included best practices, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises. These sessions were tailored to the individual's needs, ensuring practical understanding and skill development.

Streamlining Data Access: Enhancing User Experience with AI Integration

I developed a system to extract essential data from the Tape records, filtering out irrelevant details. I then integrated this refined data into OpenAI's vector storage, allowing for efficient data retrieval. Additionally, I built an AI assistant capable of accessing this vector storage. To provide users with easy access to information, I implemented a chat-bot within Tape, enabling users to ask questions and receive insights, such as recent invoice values or upcoming birthdays.
