Streamlining Data Access: Enhancing User Experience with AI Integration

The Problem

There was a need to efficiently organize and access key record data from a Tape system, which was cluttered with unnecessary information, making it difficult for users to retrieve specific insights.

The Solution

I developed a system to extract essential data from the Tape records, filtering out irrelevant details. I then integrated this refined data into OpenAI's vector storage, allowing for efficient data retrieval. Additionally, I built an AI assistant capable of accessing this vector storage. To provide users with easy access to information, I implemented a chat-bot within Tape, enabling users to ask questions and receive insights, such as recent invoice values or upcoming birthdays.

The Result

The project resulted in a streamlined process for accessing important data, significantly improving user experience. Users can now easily obtain specific information from the Tape system, leading to more efficient decision-making and time savings.
